Using this site
You may browse the public pages for information about our work. Do not attempt to break, scrape in a way that harms the service, or misuse the contact details. Content on this site is ours unless we say otherwise. You may link to it; you may not copy it as if it were yours.
Project work
A website build, remaster or retainer is a separate agreement. We quote a fixed price and scope before we start. Until that is agreed in writing, nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Ownership of domains, hosting and code is set out in that agreement — our default is that you own the lot in your name.
Accuracy
We keep this site honest, but examples, mock-ups and sample audits are illustrations, not a guarantee of the same result for every business. If something looks wrong, email us.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy. Browser storage and analytics consent are in the cookie policy.
English law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
