Who is responsible for your data

Slepe Media, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is the data controller for this website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, business details and message.

With your permission, we use PostHog to collect website usage information such as pages viewed, links and buttons used, referral source, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, and performance data.

If session replay is enabled for this PostHog project, it may capture a visual reconstruction of interactions after consent. Form inputs are masked by our configuration, and you should not send sensitive information through this website.

How and why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and provide services you ask us about.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
  • To diagnose errors, abuse and performance problems.

We rely on your consent for PostHog analytics. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We use information from direct enquiries to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps toward a contract.

PostHog and international processing

PostHog is our analytics processor. This site sends analytics to PostHog's EU service at eu.i.posthog.com. PostHog may use approved subprocessors to provide its service. Retention is controlled through our PostHog project settings and we keep analytics only for as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on your personal data, object to its use, or ask for a portable copy. You can also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected] to make a request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.

Cookies and browser storage

Our cookie policy explains the storage used for your preference and what PostHog may store after you accept analytics.
